Once a week or once every two weeks is usually a good frequency to keep your muscle tissue soft and in good overall condition. Regular massages can do wonders for both your physical and mental health. However, if you are dealing with chronic pain or a specific problem that has already been diagnosed, the frequency may vary. If you have already been diagnosed with the problem or are taking medication, it is important to consult your doctor about this recommended frequency.
Massage should not be performed every day, as the muscles may become sore and the benefits of such a frequently repeated massage would be minimal.
However, this does not apply in some cases that Thai traditional medicine specifies and allows it to be done every day.
